Outstanding Quality
Chef Esteban has being in the culinary industry for over 12 years .
Born and raised in Cali Colombia, he attended culinary school in his home town, where he had an outstanding performance and was able to balance his studies with his work as an intern in a catering company.
Graduated from pastry academy and culinary school he was able to come to the United States and work hand by hand with prestigious chef’s like Mario Batali and Ricardo Orfino and on some of the greatest restaurant chains and brands, such as Eataly, The Cheesecake Factory and the Marriott hotel.
Now he comes to Georgia to bring his unique talent and experience in order to give to his diners, an amazing experience, filled with fusion cuisine and the freshest ingredients.
